My sister and I discovered this in early 2018. As usual, every evening we will go cycling. The first time we saw her as we were cycling at the back of our neighbor's house. At the back drain, we discovered a kitten. She appeared to be alone. She told us to take her home but of course, our parents wouldn't let us. So, we just ride our bikes and cycle away.
But then, my elder sister came back, though, since she felt awful for the kitty. Then, the kitten followed her home. When she told me she was bringing that kitten home, I was surprised. So, I only assist her in preparing a location for the kitten to sleep in our backyard because our parents are still unaware of the kitten's existence.
She actually discovered two kittens in the drain, one black, and one white. The worst part is that the white kitten died the next day. My elder sister felt terrible about leaving them in the backyard, so she decided to bring the black kitten inside, despite our parents' opposition to acquiring another cat. Everyone in the house now accepts her as a family member. Heroshi was her name, by the way.
